Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

– All plants listed are in good health and condition.
– All prices are exclusive of shipping costs.
– International shipments, please check the import requirements in your country.
– Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
– Shipping costs will be calculated manually once the order is finalised.

ORDERING

– There is no minimum order.
– Wholesale price contact us.
– Admin will confirm and provide pictures of plants to be shipped.

SHIPPING

– International shipping will be charged for Phytosanitary Certificate $40.
– We do not provide city certificates.
– We are not responsible for any delays during shipping including customs checks, natural disasters, etc.
– Courier Service for International shipping: DHL, UPS, EMS and Cargo by air.
– Plants will be shipped 7-14 days after receipt of payment or after Phytosanitary certificate is issued and based on the condition of the plants.
– Send scanned copies of documents (Phytosanitary Certificate, Invoice and Packing List) for shipment to email or direct message.
– Send airwaybill number to track the position of the parcel.

PACKAGING PROCEDURE

– Remove soil completely, shipped without roots to remove moisture and reduce the risk of spoilage during shipment.
– Treat according to the regulations in the destination country.
– Wrap each plant separately with several layers of tissue so that each plant can sit comfortably in the box without being damaged.
– Use Double Wall corrugated boxes for shipping to protect the contents.
– Place the Phytosanitary Certificate, Packing List and Invoice documents outside the box (inside a plastic bag).

REFUND POLICY

– Refunds only apply to plants that are in a completely damaged condition (leaves, stems and roots). If it is only leaves, we will not refund your money. If the delivered plant is damaged or rotten, we can replace it with a new plant free of charge up to a maximum of 75%.
– For replacement shipments, postage and phytosanitary costs are borne by the customer.
– Must include clear video and photos when opening the package as proof.
– Customers should not cuss and criticise on social media. If this is done, the refund process will be more difficult and may not be refunded.
